Inspired by the song "Jasmine and Rose" by the band  "Clan of Xymox" (1999), this fragrance's name comes from the song's lyric "Opium and poison, jasmine and rose.". This fragrance is the men's equivalent of Ronnie Coco's "Love Me Forever" due to its floral notes. This fragrance, for me, has a masculine and woody base but is softened with the perfume's floral notes. The smell is similar to a barber shop's aftershave or even comparable to black licorice.

Base note: Vetiver and myrrh
Middle note: Jasmine and rose
top note: Bergamot
